Rebuild Instructions & Details:
Shipping Your Turbo:
- Complete and print the provided forms, ensuring copies are included in the box along with a copy of your purchase invoice if applicable for warranty.
- Prepare your turbo for shipping by draining all fluids and removing all fittings/hoses, including wastegate actuator(s). Securely place the turbo in a sturdy bag.
(Please retain your lines or wastegate actuators for reassembly, as they will not be needed for the rebuild process. If included, they will be discarded)
Packaging Tips:
- Use a double-ply or sturdier box slightly larger than your turbo (typically 10x10x10 inches).
- Ensure the turbo is packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Please note that PureTurbos is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping.
- Ship your package with a carrier that offers tracking and optional insurance. Please email the tracking number to PureTurbos at info@pureturbos.com
Free Inspection:
- Pure Turbos offers a complimentary inspection for all turbochargers sent in.
Estimate/Payment Process:
- Following inspection, PureTurbos will commence the rebuild process, which generally takes 2-3 weeks. We will contact you via phone or email to finalize payment for the rebuild before shipping.
- The base price for rebuilds starts at $450 per turbo and may increase if additional damages are discovered in the housing, wheels, or cartridges.
