Core Return Instructions
If your order includes a core return, please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth refund process:
- Return Window:
Cores should be returned within 60 days of receiving your upgraded product to qualify for a full core deposit refund. Returns sent after 60 days may not be eligible for a refund. - Return Shipping and Documentation:
- Return Label: PureTurbos does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
- Documentation: Include a copy of the purchase invoice inside the box, with “CORE RETURN” written in large, bold letters at the top. This step is crucial for linking the core to your order and processing your refund. Missing documentation may result in delays or difficulties in identifying your order.
- Packaging Guidelines:
- Secure Packaging: Please package the core securely to prevent any potential damage during transit. We recommend using sufficient padding and a durable box.
- Shipping Insurance: Consider adding insurance to your shipment, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur en route. If a core arrives damaged and cannot be reused, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
